Speaking at the event, Senior Advisor, Retail Banking, Garry Marsh, stated that the
opening of the lounge is in continuation of Diamond Bank’s bid to constantly exceed
customers’ expectations. Access to these “Members Only” lounges is one of the
unique offerings available to the bank’s Affluent Customers’ segment and it is
reserved for customers who have signed up to the Xclusive Proposition.

The tastefully-furnished lounge, which was officially opened by Anya Duroha –
Regional Manager, Lagos Island, is designed to give customers a comfortable
experience while being serviced by dedicated DiamondXclusive bankers. The
lounge is open between 8am and 7pm on weekdays, 10am and 7pm on Saturdays
and 12pm and 7pm on Sundays.
Qualifying individuals comprise those who earn an average monthly income of
N600,000 or business turnover of up to N5,000,000 quarterly. In addition to access
to Xclusive lounges, members also enjoy a range of benefits which include
discounted interest rates on selected loan products, free life Insurance cover of
